Properties
Our Calibration tube can be used multiple times and are especially suitable for “open-end” inversion work.

Our Liner is based on polyester needle felt which ensures consistently high quality.

Properties
Depending on the liner/resin combination used, the following properties can be realized:

Bendable to 87° with a virtually wrinkle-free result.

Extreme radial expandability, a reduction in nominal diameter or 1-2 dimensional jumps are possible.

Available in various wall thicknesses.

E-modulus up to 3,200 N/mm².

Partly high temperature resistance, depending on type also ideally suited for steam curing.

Double and partly also triple stitched seam.
-
Seam sewn, therefore easy and even soaking.

Inexpensive and therefore economical to use.
-
Highly resistant to chemicals.
Our Resins, the outstanding impregnation behavior and the excellent bonding with the old pipe distinguish these elastified silicate resins in addition to their excellent resistance to various media after curing. Specially developed formulations prevent foaming when exposed to moisture and water.

The different product variants enable a high degree of versatility and variability in terms of processing and curing times:

Our T-Wrap, ideal for household connections of all kinds.

Properties
T-WRAP, a special cap made of glass/felt material, also equipped with a 45 cm long shaft, featuring the special effect that the cap rim is not round but rectangular and large enough that it sticks to the upper semicircle of the pipe, thus additionally stabilizing this area of up to 180°.
